2. What data we collect

We only collect what you provide directly through the contact form on this website: your name, email address and message.

This form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form service, which delivers your message to our inbox. Web3Forms acts as a data processor on our behalf — see their privacy policy for how they handle submissions in transit. We do not run our own server or database, so we don't store form submissions anywhere ourselves beyond the resulting email.

3. What we use your data for

The legal basis for this processing is your consent in submitting the form, and, where relevant, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

4. Third-party services

This website uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

This site's fonts are self-hosted rather than loaded from Google, so no font-related request is sent to Google's servers when you visit.

5. Cookies

This website, on its own, does not set any analytics or advertising cookies. The embedded Google Map in our Find Us section may set cookies from Google as soon as the page loads — see Google's privacy policy for details.

6. Retention period

We keep contact and enquiry emails only for as long as needed to handle your request and, where relevant, meet any applicable accounting obligations for bookings taken.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict the processing of your data, to object to processing, and to request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at sipalgarve@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Portugal's data protection authority, the CNPD — www.cnpd.pt.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the most recent version.
