Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 5 September 2026

1. About us

SIP? Algarve is a mobile coffee and matcha van run by Ellie and Daniel Curry, operating in the Algarve, Portugal. These terms apply to your use of this website (sipalgarve.com) and to any private hire booking made through it.

2. Our schedule and locations

The weekly schedule and locations shown on this site are our usual routine, not a guarantee. Weather, events and other circumstances can mean we're not at a listed spot on a given day. Please check our Instagram (@sip_algarve) for the most up-to-date location before heading out.

3. Menu and pricing

Menu items and prices shown on this site are correct at the time of publishing but may change without notice, for example due to ingredient availability or seasonal specials.

4. Private hire bookings

Private hire enquiries made through this site are requests only and are not confirmed bookings. A booking is only confirmed once we've replied in writing (by email) agreeing the date, location and details with you. We reserve the right to decline a private hire request.

Cancellation terms, deposits and payment details for private hire are agreed directly between you and us by email at the time of booking.

5. Website content

We try to keep the information on this site accurate, but we can't guarantee it's error-free or fully up to date at all times. Photos are representative of our usual offering and may not reflect every location or setup exactly.

6. Third-party links

This site links out to third-party platforms including Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of those platforms once you leave our site.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't legally be limited under Portuguese law. Otherwise, SIP? Algarve isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to sipalgarve@gmail.com.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the most recent version.
