The site must provide a safe working environment with reliable access to electricity and toilet facilities for the duration of our attendance.
Wherever possible, we need to be able to deliver and position the trailer at the venue the evening before your event. Final arrangements are agreed in advance.
Deposits and cancellation payments are non-refundable, in line with the booking conditions provided at the time of confirmation.
